• Property Plaza provides a platform for villa owners to list their properties and for tenants to find long-term rentals.
• We do not validate or guarantee the accuracy of listings, property conditions, or rental outcomes.
• Rental agreements and transactions between owners and tenants are solely their responsibility.

• Property Plaza may charge fees for certain services, such as premium listing placement. These fees will be clearly communicated before any charges apply.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or delays.
• Users are responsible for any taxes applicable to their rental income or transactions.

• Our total liability, if any, is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
