Property Plaza started in 2024 when our founders experienced firsthand how broken the Bali rental market was. High agent commissions, zero transparency, and no direct contact with tenants. They decided to build the platform they wished had existed.
We started in Canggu, Bali, with a simple idea: let villa owners list their properties directly to international tenants, without paying 15 to 22% to a middleman.
