Property Plaza started in 2024 when our founders experienced firsthand how broken the Bali rental market was. High agent commissions, zero transparency, and no direct contact with tenants. They decided to build the platform they wished had existed.
We started in Canggu, Bali, with a simple idea: let villa owners list their properties directly to international tenants, without paying 15 to 22% to a middleman.
Today, our team is growing and so is our waitlist. We are building Property Plaza to become the go-to platform for villa owners who want full control over their rental income.
