No commission, ever
You pay once to publish a listing. The rent your tenant pays is yours — we take no percentage of it, this month or any month after.
Every listing is checked before it goes live
Our team reviews the details and the photos of each property. That is the difference between a marketplace and a noticeboard, and it is why tenants trust what they find here.
You speak to your tenant directly
Enquiries reach you through Property Plaza. No agent in the middle, and nobody negotiating on your behalf.
Pay per property, not per month
There is no subscription. You buy credits, spend them on the properties you want listed, and whatever you do not spend stays in your balance.

Your listing, for its full run
One payment publishes the property and keeps it online until its listing period ends. You can put it back online afterwards for the same price.
English and Indonesian
Every listing is published in both languages, so it reads properly to tenants arriving from abroad and to those already in Bali.
Messages from tenants
Interested tenants write to you through the platform, and you answer from the same place you manage your properties.
You set the asking price
The price is yours to decide and yours to change while the listing is live. Adjusting it costs nothing.
